Using a Microwave

Microwaves vary, so here's a simple guide:

  • Defrost your meal ahead of time.

  • Heat for 2 minutes at a time until hot.

  • Let it sit for 2 minutes to warm throughout.

  • Cut open the bag and enjoy. (No need to poke the bag, but heat in short intervals to prevent it from expanding too much.)

Using the Oven

The black trays are made from strong CPET plastic that can handle temperatures from -40°C to 220°C. If you don’t have a microwave, here’s what to do:

  1. Defrost the meal first.

  2. Preheat your oven to 80°C - 120°C.

  3. Heat for 15 - 30 minutes, until hot.

  4. Carefully take it out and let it sit for 2 minutes, or move it to another dish and enjoy! (Stir the contents every 5 - 10 minutes for even heating.)
